Delete your account
You can temporarily disable or permanently delete your Life OS account directly from the app.
How to delete your account
- Open Life OS on your device
- Go to Settings (tap your avatar on the home screen)
- Scroll to Account
- Tap Deactivate account
- Choose Permanently delete to remove your account and all data, or Temporarily disable to pause your account
- Confirm your choice
What data is deleted
When you permanently delete your account, all associated data is removed: your profile, tasks, goals, calendar events, journal entries, budget transactions, news preferences, and any uploaded images.
Data retention
Data is retained and deleted in accordance with applicable regulations.
Temporary deactivation
If you choose to temporarily disable your account, your data is preserved but your account is inaccessible until you reactivate it by logging in again.
