By using Life OS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Life OS for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
4. User-generated content
You retain ownership of all content you create within Life OS (tasks, journal entries, events, transactions, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your data.
5. Intellectual property
The Life OS app, website, branding, and design are the intellectual property of Life OS. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.
6. Service availability
Life OS is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from the use of Life OS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
