Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

When you use LiteOff, we collect the following personal data: email address, profile information (name, username), user-generated content across all enabled modules (tasks, goals, calendar events, journal entries, budget transactions, and news preferences), and optional photos attached to your profile or journal entries.

2. How data is stored

Your data is stored using Supabase cloud infrastructure. We do not store data on your device beyond authentication tokens and user preferences.

3. Third-party services

LiteOff uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Expo — push notifications
• Third-party news content providers — no personal data is shared with them

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared with third-party services listed above only as necessary to provide the service.

5. Data retention and deletion

When you delete your account from within the app, your access is immediately revoked. Your data is retained for 30 days to allow you to cancel the deletion by signing back in. After 30 days, all personal data is permanently erased from our servers, except records we are legally required to retain (such as financial transactions for tax compliance, where applicable). 6. Your rights

Under GDPR (Articles 15–20), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through our support page.

7. Governing jurisdiction

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of France. For any disputes, the competent courts of France shall have jurisdiction.
